Changed your mind and want a refund?
Return items within 14 days in unworn, unwashed (if apparel) original condition for a full refund. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive it, we'll refund your shipping cost too.

Need a different size?
We'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost. Ship back the first shirt, then place a new order for the correct size. You only pay shipping on the new order.

If it's our mistake (wrong item sent)
We'll email you a prepaid return label AND pay for your replacement shipment. We'll also refund your original shipping cost. Email scott@rockete3.com to start the process.

Returns can also be made at any local market event that Rocket E3 is scheduled to appear at. Just send an email to scott@rockete3.com to arrange for the return prior to the event date.
