Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, so here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Apparel Exchanges (T-Shirts & Clothing)

Need a different size? No problem.

If your apparel item is:

• Unwashed

• Unworn

• In original condition

…you may return it for an exchange.

To keep things moving quickly, customers should place a new order for the desired size while mailing the original item back.

Once the original item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for:

• The original item cost

• Any applicable sales tax

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage, or other issue, please contact:

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos if possible

We’ll make arrangements for a replacement item to be shipped free of charge.

Returns for Non-Apparel Items

Posters, mugs, stickers, and other non-apparel items may be returned if they are:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for:

• The original item cost

• Any applicable sales tax

Return Shipping Notes

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely. Rocket E3 is not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
