Thanks for supporting Rocket E3 — a small independent shop based in Cleveland, Ohio. Every order is packed and shipped by real human beings, not a warehouse full of robots plotting humanity’s downfall.

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.

Many Rocket E3 items are printed or assembled in small batches, so occasional delays can happen during busy periods, holidays, or after a sudden outbreak of Cleveland sports optimism.

If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS and other major carriers depending on the item, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided for most orders once your package ships.

Some low-cost items, such as stickers, may ship in standard stamped mail without tracking in order to keep shipping costs reasonable.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Typical U.S. delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

• Economy stamped mail (stickers and small items): may take longer

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Rocket E3 is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll do our best to help make things right.
